Our local guide will welcome you in Vrh, one of the most beautiful Istrian viewpoints from which over 100 places in central and northern Istria can be seen. Taste a glass of top-quality homemade sparkling wine, while Mr Adriano shares the story about his limited edition of sparkling wine production. After, we walk about half an hour downhill to the next village to participate in a real truffle hunting, followed by a 3-course lunch with truffles. We continue to walk downhill again for about half an hour to the next even smaller village that hides the best Biska in all of Istria. Besides Biska, you will be able to taste other types of homemade brandies and local quality wine followed by a snack. Return to Vrh by car.
